Price bands quoted on the phone are estimates based on the information provided. Written scopes delivered after the walkthrough are flat-fee for the scope described. Changes in scope on cleanout day (additional rooms, hidden volume, biohazard layers not previously disclosed, asbestos requiring abatement) may require a scope change and a price adjustment, which we will discuss before proceeding.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
You may reschedule a booked cleanout up to 24 hours before the scheduled start at no charge. Cancellations or reschedules inside 24 hours of the start time may incur a fee covering the crew, dumpster, and route reservation. The fee is disclosed at the time of booking.
